The first tow truck ever was created by a mechanic known as Ernest Holmes.Back in 1916, using a 1913 Cadillac rather than a heavy-duty chassis, he rescued a Ford Model T from a creek bed. Holmes created and designed a towing system with a crane and pulley. This would want to make him secure his idea for the future, so he made a patent in 1917. He changed and shifted his business to produce Holmes Wrecker tow trucks. This made him a prolific inventor, and besides that he also made other numerous patents. All this until he tragically died in 1945. That idea and that service to the people is the same mentality we have and want to give to you our beloved customers.
